Anime and video games have always gone hand in hand, so it comes as no surprise that the classic anime series Robotech would be made into a game; it’s been done before. Most of them don’t usually give the show they are based on much justice, however. The newest one, Robotech: Battlecry for the GameCube, is heavily influenced by anime in both style and form, and it does a pretty good job of providing a fun gaming experience to boot- regardless of how much knowledge you have of the series’ history.
